ROCON provides an advanced organizational management feature that enables you to create organizations, add team members, and enhance collaboration and efficiency in managing your websites. Along with collaboration, you can also track user activity to maintain transparency and security. Here’s an overview of the key functionalities:
1. Create Organizations: With ROCON, you can easily create organizations, which serve as containers for your team members and websites. Organizing your projects within dedicated organizations helps streamline management and access control.
2. Add Team Members: Invite team members to your organization and assign roles and permissions to control their access and activities within the organization’s sites. You can specify whether a team member is an admin or a standard user, defining their level of authority and responsibilities.
3. Fine-tune Access Control: ROCON allows you to fine-tune access control for each team member within your organization. You can customize permissions based on individual roles, granting or restricting access to specific features, files, or settings. This granular control ensures that each team member has the appropriate level of access for their tasks.

Below is the organization overview, where you can see the organizations you created or you are invited in with different roles (Admin or User). When you login for the first time after signup, you’ll see “My Space”. This is where you can manage all your indivudal sites and more.
